Learning Leadership Skills Through Drama for youth ages 9-13
Every actor has one thing in common: When creating a character, we always begin with ourselves. We may add some things or take away others but we start with just the person that we are. Using theatre games, role-play, improvisation and storytelling, children in this class will learn about the qualities needed to be a good leader. From Respect, Empathy and Honesty to Forgiveness, Courage and Justice, they will use drama to explore the art of communication and conflict resolution.
